EQUANS is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team based at Calderdale Royal Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary banding of £25,000 – £26,500, dependant upon skills and experience as well as benefits package.
You will provide support to the Project Team at Calderdale Royal Hospital, ensuring the smooth delivery of Project and Lifecycle works on site. Assisting in the delivery of Project works across the site and personally delivering smaller works under the guidance of the Project Manager. Attending meetings with the Client as necessary, enabling the works to be realised in a cost-effective and timely manner.
What will you deliver?
* Support the Project Manager to allow projects to be safely delivered on time, on budget and achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
* Be Client facing with the ability to understand their requirements.
* Be a team player with the ability to communicate with EQUANS colleagues at all levels. Updating affected teams when projects impact on routine maintenance delivery.
* Experience with CAFM Systems, producing reports as and when required.
* Liaise with Contractors to ensure post completion information is provided in a timely manner and correctly catalogued, including but not limited to: Room Data Sheets, Record Drawings (CAD), O+M Data, Commissioning Certification, Passive Fire Protection Certification.
* Assist in the preparation of tender documentation, issuing tenders invitations, and assist with compiling Lifecycle and Project information.
* Ensure the timely delivery of key information in respect of project reporting and forecasting.
* Support the finance team by providing information for weekly/monthly cost and value reconciliations and forecasts.
* Establish strong and co-operative links with colleagues and client representatives.
* Assist in the preparation of Governance Documents and costing analysis of Sub-Contractor tenders for Senior Management Team sign off.
* Updating all Projects Trackers, documentation, processing orders etc. in a timely manner.
* Manage Clients SharePoint making sure all information is up to date and accurate.
* Carry out Lifecycle Reporting, Monitor the Progress of planned works and be involved in Budget Control and Forecasting.
* Provide administration services to the EQUANS Projects Team.
* Collaborate with the whole site team to deliver a Safe, Happy and Compliant Hospital.

Who are we looking for?
* IOSH managing safely – preferred.
* Experience of health and safety – preferred.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience of administrative/coordination position at site level operating across multi disciplines and multi sites in a technical/FM/estate’s role.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Desired experience – Order processing, invoicing, maintaining confidential information, Microsoft Excel, Word, and E-mail. Working in an NHS environment. Knowledge of CAFM Systems.
This role includes a Standard DBS check therefore ability to pass is essential.
