Ocean Plymouth is looking for a Service Booking Advisor. Your role Your role is to support the Aftersales function, you will make outbound calls to our service centers about service bookings and promote seasonal campaigns, service follow-up work, and other service-related items through the upsell of products and services to maximise the revenue of the service department. Key responsibilities: To provide an outstanding level of customer care Book service and repair work, always ensuring workshop availability To organise loan car bookings To achieve hours sold targets as a member of a motivated team To maintain accurate customer records To make telephone upsell To convert as many inbound/outbound calls into bookings as possible Your profile The ability to meet targets At least one year of experience in a similar role, ideally in the motor trade or a contact centre background Effective communication skills Commitment to delivering customer excellence A good standard of verbal and numerical reasoning Computer literacy A keen eye for detail Rewards 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays per year Company pension scheme Employee referral scheme Eye test vouchers Continued career development at the BMW Training Academy Your working hours will be 40 hours per week Monday to Friday plus Saturdays on a rota basis (paid as overtime).
