Fairfield House – Part Time Night Support Worker
Salary: £12 - £13.30 per hour – dependent on qualifications and experience

Rota: The hours will be 21.30 – 07.30 – Friday, Saturday & Sunday – every other weekend. 15 hours per week
About us
Fairfield House is allied to the parent site of Winslow Court which specialises in the care of young adults with severe learning difficulties and associated challenging behaviours.
The Role
If successful you would be required to stay attentive throughout the night and doing everything possible to safeguard the young people who we support. You will be responsible for administering medication, supporting residents if they wake during the night, providing assistance with personal care and emotional support. As well as updating paperwork and some domestic tasks, typically deep cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.

Essential Criteria
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the following:
– The ability to work under pressure in challenging circumstances
– An ability to identify and undertake any training necessary to develop within the role
– A valid current driving licence.
– Basic ICT skills
