This individual will be responsible for driving new business and closing enterprise-level sales across the NHS, with a focus on transformation projects. The business has a healthy pipeline of interest and need the right person to close these opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development & Sales: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across the NHS, with a focus on large-scale transformation projects, integration, and data archiving solutions.
* Enterprise Sales: Lead the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation and prospecting through to closing high-value deals, ensuring the sales process aligns with the company’s commercial strategy and goals.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Leverage your extensive network and relationships at board level and across NHS transformation teams to open doors and close deals with key decision-makers.
* Strategic Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets year on year, contributing to the company's continued growth and success.
* Consultative Selling: Position the consultancy as a trusted partner, understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions that address complex integration, implementation, and data archiving challenges.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical, marketing, and product, to ensure smooth transition from sales to project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Essential Requirements:
* Proven success in enterprise-level sales within the NHS, with a strong understanding of healthcare transformation initiatives.
* Established network of contacts across NHS transformation departments, board-level stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
* Demonstrable track record of year-on-year growth in sales, with the ability to meet or exceed ambitious sales targets.
* Deep understanding of the software sales lifecycle, from initial engagement to closing high-value contracts.
* Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, with a focus on long-term growth and building strong client relationships.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex decision-making processes.
* Self-starter with a hunter mentality, able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Essential Experience:
* Experience in selling data archiving, integration, or implementation solutions within the healthcare sector or Enterprise level Software Solution.
* Previous experience working with NHS procurement processes and frameworks.
* Understanding of key healthcare software solutions, particularly in relation to data management, integration, and clinical transformation
