We are seeking an innovative and dynamic Operations and Coaching Manager to modernize our operations and maintain the high-quality classes we currently run.
Job Description: As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of Little Kickers Southampton and New Forest. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 30+ early years sports coaches, ensuring the smooth running and high quality of all our classes, and exploring new business opportunities. Our classes run on weekdays and weekends.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Team Management:
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 30+ early years sports coaches.
* Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure high-quality coaching and customer service.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing support and feedback.
Business Growth:
* Identify and explore opportunities to grow the business, including expanding current programs and introducing new ones.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and revenue.
* Foster partnerships with local schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
Program Development:
* Develop and enhance our birthday party offerings and holiday camps to ensure they are innovative, engaging, and profitable.
* Create and implement new program ideas to attract and retain customers.
* Increase the volume of Nursery classes and After School clubs.
Venue Management:
* Oversee the management of all venues, ensuring they meet health and safety standards and provide a welcoming environment.
* Negotiate venue contracts and maintain positive relationships with venue owners and managers.
Staff Administration:
* Manage all staff administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and HR compliance.
* Ensure all staff certifications and background checks are up to date.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in sports coaching or a related field.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
* Proficient in marketing and promotional activities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Passion for early years sports coaching and child development.

* Salary is set at a negotiable £25,000 with profit shares and growth targets to be agreed upon successful interview - initial profit share is 1%.

Pay: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
