Working closely with our Housekeepers, cleaners and all aspects of property maintenance you will ensure we support our Owners and properties. You will be key to building and maintaining commercially viable relationships with our third-party supplier base whilst continual sourcing new housekeepers, local cleaners, cleaning companies and maintenance contractors to support our growing portfolio of properties. This position will work collaboratively with our Property Services HUB at our Chester head offices to ensure all work orders raised by the Property Services Team in Chester have been picked up and carried out locally, negotiating the best rates and ensuring all suppliers are correctly onboarded to our system. Working closely with the Business Development Team you will also help evolve and grow our Property Services offering and increase market share. Continual sourcing of new housekeepers, local cleaners, cleaning companies and maintenance contractors Building strong relationships with our local housekeeping and maintenance contractors, so that we can easily call upon them when needed. Liaising with cleaners to ensure that all property cleans are covered Relationship Management of any self-employed housekeepers and maintenance contractors, including recruitment and ensuring work completed is correct and accurate Ensuring housekeeping, maintenance and quality issues are responded to and successfully resolved within agreed service levels Loading new suppliers onto the system and ensuring the PS Hub in Chester are updated of any newly on-boarded suppliers Ensuing all suppliers are correctly on-boarded on our system and trained on how to use our KEA system To cover out of hours emergency callout duties on a rota basis to ensure all out of hours emergencies are covered within the Brand Supporting the Property Services HUB Team in Chester as required. Ensuring any supplier lists provided to the Property Services HUB Team in Chester are continually kept up to date. Monitoring and maintaining the service standards of our preferred supplier network Complete property visits to ensure quality standards are met To manage and react to NPS results to ensure our properties are continually maintained to the required standard Trouble shoot and find solutions where issues arise relating to a supplier Work closely with property owners to resolve queries with their properties Provide help, support and guidance to newly established suppliers May be required to assist with cleaning or maintenance repairs on a property from time to time, in line with business requirements A full, clean driving licence is essential as part of this role, as well passionate problem solvers, team players and enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills.
