Head of Operations (Based at The Mandeville School)
37 hours per week/ 52 weeks per year
Bucks Pay Range 9-10
Annual actual salary: £50,788 to £64,401
Start date – ASAP
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to join our friendly and committed central team.
This position is a senior leadership role within our multi-academy trust that operates a centralised business model structure. You will be responsible for the strategic, financial and operational management of our entire estates’ infrastructure which includes; IT, capital programme, estate and facilities management, operational compliance, risk management and health & safety. You will have financial and contractual control for your area, delivering these services across all the Trust’s schools.
This role requires a visible and credible presence and will act as deputy for the COO. The role is supported by a high performing team of direct reports; Facilities Managers, Trust IT Manager (MSP) and their wider teams located in each of our school sites.
The post holder should have the attitude to change, build and grow the department, the organisation and be a strategic innovative thinker with a self-starter enthusiasm.
The Head of Operations will be headquarters based (The Mandeville School), you may be required to work at premises occupied by the employer or any of the employer’s Academies, within a 25-mile radius, as directed by the employer.
