About the Role
You will implement Morgan Sindalls business development strategy in our East division by nurturing and growing a network of contacts allowing us to bid and secure projects and frameworks. Always monitoring the current market trends, you will be responsible for providing market intelligence potential customers. Ensuring the ? CRM database is accurate and up-to-date and managing your pipeline of opportunities, you will develop win themes for key contracts and framework for construction projects and build commitment from the business unit to those plans. Manage and develop relationships with key customers at all levels with a strategic view on developing these relationship over time to position the business for future projects.
Responsible for new leads and understanding new opportunities coming to market and work to influence procurement routes for projects.
