Job Description
* Deal with Customer Queries by telephone and email
* Play a key role in a busy contact centre dealing with queries and complaints
* Develop and implement case management plans.
* Assess client needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.
* Coordinate with various teams to ensure client satisfaction.
* Monitor and track client progress and adjust plans as needed.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
* Produce regular reports on client progress and financial status.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Personal Case Manager should have:
* Relevant experience in a busy Customer Service/Contact Centre
* Strong knowledge of financial planning and portfolio management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
* Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
