Steer Automotive Group is a leading automotive repair business in the UK, with a reputation for delivering high quality service and customer satisfaction. You will be essential in managing our customer experience journey and ensure smooth operations front of house, supporting customers face to face, over the phone and by email. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the customer experience journey, handling inquiries, complaints, and resolutions with professionalism and efficiency. Coordinate customer bookings and arrange seamless vehicle collections and returns. Maintain communication with our drivers, efficiently managing the transport diary to optimise logistics. Update insurance companies and ensure accurate records on computer systems and portals. Meet daily KPI targets to uphold service standards and operational efficiency. Assist in moving vehicles on the forecourt as and when required. Prepare job packs and perform associated administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail. About You We are looking for an exceptional candidate with previous experience in a customer service focused role. You will also have: Strong multi-tasking abilities as well as being able to adapt to changing priorities. You will be proficient in administration tasks, including MS Office applications, with a knack for quickly grasping new computer systems. Ability to work effectively within a team environment while also excelling in independent work. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving. Good knowledge of the local area for efficient transport logistics. Valid driver's licence (ideally clean). Ideally, you will also have experience and understanding of the automotive industry.
