An opportunity has arisen within the Development and Sales team at Coastline Housing and we are seeking an enthusiastic, capable individual to join us as a Development Officer on a temporary basis, to cover a period of maternity leave. In this role, you will support our Development Managers and the wider team, by project managing a programme of schemes and a range of affordable housing projects in Coastline’s current portfolio. You will also assist in the identification and delivery of new business opportunities. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining scheme files, accurate record keeping, attending site meetings and liaising with internal and external stakeholders around the handover process, including snagging, defect inspections and sign-off. While the position is primarily based in our Redruth Office, our team operates in an agile manner, affording opportunities for remote work as needed.
