** Management Accountant - Maidenhead - Competitive package, with hybrid working **
Robert Half are working exclusively with a fantastic, market-leading business based in Maidenhead with the recruitment of a Management Accountant. This role will become a pivotal part of a very talented team.
Roles & Responsibilities of Management Accountant -
1. Maintain Prepayments and Accruals from P&L and Balance Sheet perspectives
2. Full P&L reviews at Group level, Business Partnering with Managers to establish a close working relationship and being the 'Go to' person.
3. Full Ownership of the Balance Sheet, ensuring full understanding of exposure within and interrogation of the balances and transaction held, this includes but is not limited to Fixed Assets, Bank reconciliations and postings, VAT Returns and Intercompany
4. Supporting the Finance Manager on annual budgeting process, being an integral point of contact and understanding the numbers and business to enable to challenge the business where needed
5. Supporting the FM on process improvements and efficiencies
