Parts Administrator
Salary: £26,783.00 per annum, plus Veolia benefits and pension
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Location: Veolia, Stafford Park Workshop, Telford, TF3 3BJ

What you'll be doing;
The Parts Administrator will play a crucial role in keeping our workshop well-stocked with the right parts, ensuring our vehicles remain well-maintained. You will also be responsible for maintaining direct relationships with parts suppliers to foster a healthy working relationship.
Maintain accurate stock levels to ensure the availability of necessary parts.
Order parts directly from suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
Ensure that parts are correctly allocated to the appropriate vehicles by entering the details into our fleet management system.
Work closely with technicians to identify and source the correct parts.
Follow up on back-ordered parts to ensure prompt delivery.
Conduct semi-annual stock reviews to optimise inventory and minimise vehicle downtime.
What we're looking for;
Experience in stock management and parts ordering
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills for liaising with suppliers and technicians
Ability to conduct effective stock reviews and manage inventory
