Administration Assistant - Shrewsbury Eating Disorders. Band 2 - 15hrs per week (flexible). An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our lovely and friendly team. We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to support our dedicated multi-disciplinary Community Adult Eating Disorder Team, to provide administrator support for the intensive community service. The service offers the latest in evidence based NICE compliant psychological interventions to clients and their families with an Eating Disorder, we offer a specialist assessment and treatment for service users over the age of are seeking an individual with the relevant NHS experience to work as part of a busy multi-professional team and be innovative in their approach to supporting the clinical team.
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
To provide admin support to the Eating Disorders outpatient will be working within a mental health setting and required to provide administrative support to the Team Secretary and Community Out-patients team based in Shropshire. The main key skills and experience we require are as follows: -o Relevant experience of working in an office / patient focused Relevant experience of undertaking office procedures with minimal supervisiono Working with the public/experience of customer serviceo Excellent telephone Booking clinical appointments, Scanning, formatting letters and ad-hoc Possess a flexible approach and excellent organisational Manage and maintain an efficient administrative system on behalf of others.

14. NVQ Level 2 Business Administration (or equivalent).
15. GCSE's in English and Maths (or equivalent).
Experience

16. Relevant experience of working in an office environment and undertaking office procedures with minimal supervision.
17. Previous experience of working within the NHS.
18. Experience of using RiO or a patient clinical system.
19. Dealing with the public.
20. Proficient in the use of computer packages, including Microsoft Office.
