CareerMakers Recruitment is currently looking for a Customer Experience Assistant on behalf of our client based in Wigan, WN5 AREA.
Responsibilities
* Answering incoming calls
* Answering sales and aftersales enquiries
* Putting B2B orders on the system
* Liaising with Agents
* Booking shipments
* Answering live chats
* Arranging and hosting showroom visits and test rides
* Ability to prioritise workload based on importance
* Managing dealer accounts
Skills
* Confident answering the phone is essential
* Driving license
* Back office software experience
* High attention to detail
* Excellent standard of writing/spelling
* Great problem-solving initiative
* Prior bike shop experience face to face & remote
* Willingness to attend trade shows with the team, outside of normal working hours
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment efficiently
* Microsoft Office competency
Working hours
8.30am - 5pm
