Job Description
A fantastic career opportunity for an experienced repairs and maintenance manager, you will be a dynamic, motivated and competent individual with a passion for public sector excellence, with the ability to lead a large complex service with associated large budgets.
You will have a track record of achievement and leading change with the enthusiasm and drive to deliver value for money tenant focused repairs and maintenance services. You will have experience of managing in a large organisation and the ability to stay calm under pressure to deliver consistent results.
You will be an emotionally intelligent leader with the capacity and communication skills to collaborate and build strong relationships with peers, politicians, Trade Unions and the workforce.
Requirements
The preferred candidate will be required to complete a Disclosure (Level 1) check prior to a formal offer being made by West Dunbartonshire Council.
