It involves Handle all documentation related to the end of tenancy process, including inventory reports, check-out reports, and deposit refunds. Coordinate any necessary repairs or maintenance work to ensure properties are returned to a satisfactory condition for re-letting. Act as the main point of contact for both landlords and tenants throughout the end-of-tenancy process, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or queries promptly. Assist in resolving any disputes regarding the return of deposits, liaising with both landlords and tenants to reach fair and amicable resolutions. Including submission of dispute paperwork. Arrange professional cleaning services as needed to ensure properties are presented in a clean and tidy condition for new tenants. Maintain accurate records of property inventories, ensuring that any discrepancies or damages are documented and addressed appropriately. Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations governing the end-of-tenancy process, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise confidently with landlords, tenants, and third-party contractors. Knowledge of relevant UK legislation and regulations governing the end-of-tenancy process. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
