If you thrive in an innovative environment and are passionate about data management, wed love to hear from you Responsibilities of the Records & Data Administrator include: Review, organise, and catalogue paper-based and digital records for accessibility and accuracy Collaborate with team members to identify gaps and improve existing data management systems Devise and implement effective systems for record and file management Digitise key documents while ensuring compliance with archival standards Undertake data processing and entry to facilitate the transition to digital systems Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information throughout all activities Assist with daily office operations, including answering calls and meeting preparation Requirements of the Records & Data Administrator include: Strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail Experience in records management, data administration, or a related field Proficiency in record-keeping or document management software Knowledge of digitisation processes and relevant technology Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Capability to manage large volumes of information efficiently Strong communication skills and a collaborative team worker Proactive approach to problem-solving and improving processes.
