Keysoe Café is looking for a personable and approachable individual with a true passion for hospitality to join the team in the role of Café Supervisor. In this role, you’ll be the key member of our café team, ensuring it consistently operates at the highest of standards. You’ll oversee daily tasks, act as number two to our Café Manager in leading a dedicated team and deliver an exceptional customer experience that keeps our guests wanting to return. You will be expected to maintain impeccable standards in every aspect of café operations, being a role model to junior members of the team with your 'happy to go the extra-mile’ attitude, creating a welcoming atmosphere that delights our customers. If you’re driven, hospitable, and ready to make a real impact, we want you on our team About the Role: To deliver an excellent customer service standard, always being happy to go the extra mile to ensure customers are made to feel welcome Oversee the front of house team in absence of the manager, to support, lead and teach Ensure opening and closing procedures are correctly adhered to including accuracy of sales, correct cleaning procedures & to meet legal requirements Support café event planning Assisting the manager with day to day administrative tasks as required Liaising effectively with the kitchen team and other relevant department to allow for forward planning About You: Must have previous hospitality experience Able to demonstrate experience of team supervision responsibilities Good communication skills & a professional appearance Passionate about delivering excellent customer service Positive, friendly and self-motivated personality Flexible & adoptable to change Ability to work in both, high & low volume environment Works well independent, within their department team & the wider site team All team members are expected to demonstrate and advocate company values at all times; Teamwork, Respect, Integrity, Learning, Sharing.
