What you will be doing As a Graduate Integration Engineer you will help deliver Integration activities across our platforms and services to enable successful outcomes for our Customers around the world. Integrators are the glue that help stick together the other Engineering activities across our engineering disciplines. They typically have a broad scope of work and help to develop solutions and deliver activities on time, to cost and to the highest quality by using their excellent stakeholders management skills and by working closely with our detailed subject matter experts and we need you to be enthusiastic to learn, with a positive attitude and a strong drive to succeed. Graduate Integration Engineers will perform Integration roles across a number of our Engineering disciplines including Operational Analysis, Airworthiness & Product Integrity, In Service Support, Engineering Integration, Safety Engineering, Concept Engineering, Requirements Management, Qualification & Certification, Configuration Control and Technical Management. Duties and Responsibilities • Influencing a diverse and highly skilled community of engineers across all levels of the organisation to deliver successful outcomes, this could also include non-engineering functions • Developing relationships built on trust and support to enable Engineering activities to be integrated effectively on time and to the correct quality, covering all stages of the engineering lifecycle – from concept to disposal • Engagement with our Customers to understand their needs and translating these into engineering requirements, through to delivery of the most appropriate solution • Being inquisitive and asking plenty of questions to help us develop new and unique ways of working, thinking outside the box to deliver innovative solutions and embracing new tools and technologies to help move us forward for our collective future • Involved in platform level engineering activities, bringing together sub-systems to form effective system of systems • Being responsible for delivery of your own workload with the support of your team to learn all you need to know – Integration is a team sport, but you will be responsible for your own workload and trusted to deliver (full training provided) Skills As a minimum you will need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain a 2:2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aerospace related degree or any relevant STEM related subject.
