Job Description:
Here at DXC, we are expanding our SAP business in the UK and Europe and are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Manager expert to drive the implementation of SAP Solution Manager functionalities across our client base. This role requires a self-starter capable of managing SAP Solution Manager solutions according to a defined roadmap.
We operate a virtual-first model, so you will primarily work from home with minimal travel.

Due to the nature of our accounts, SC Security Clearance is required. Candidates must be UK nationals who have lived and worked in the UK continuously for the past five years. We currently cannot consider dual nationals.
We are looking for candidates with:
* Experience in configuring and supporting SAP Solution Manager 7.2
* Experience in implementing and troubleshooting BPM
* Experience in Test Management, ideally with SEA and BPCA
* Experience in implementing and supporting ChaRM
* Experience in implementing and supporting ITSM
* Experience in SLD/LMDB management
* Experience operating in a Linux environment
* Knowledge of managing SAP operations, including system setup, monitoring, and alerting
* Knowledge of tools like DVM, CCLM, Release Management, Focused Insights, SolDoc, Business Process Monitoring, QGM, Guided Procedures
Additional requirements include:
* Strong documentation skills for configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
* Effective communication skills to articulate Solution Manager roadmap solutions to clients and support teams
* Knowledge of SAP Roadmap to Cloud ALM
* Proven Solman configuration experience
