Job Title: Demolition Site Manager
Essential Skills Required:
1. A minimum of 8 years demolition experience with a broad spectrum of project knowledge.
2. Relevant Professional Qualifications.
3. Membership to a chartered body would be desirable.
4. Strong certified training credentials to support experience is essential.
5. Excellent client relations and interpersonal skills.
6. An understanding of SHE regulations.
7. Ability to manage multiple sites.
8. Obtain a CCDO Supervisor Gold card as a minimum, supported by NVQ Level 4.
9. Good communication skills, liaising with subcontractors to coordinate activities.
10. Able to manage control and be commercially aware of your project costs and be able to refer to the tender allowances for the project.
11. Knowledge and ability to produce Site Waste, Environmental and Traffic Management Plans.
