Main Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement care plans that meet individual patient needs, working closely with healthcare professionals

* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A valid nursing qualification (e.g., RGN or RMN) and significant leadership and management experience within a care setting
">
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders

* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, nights, and weekends, to ensure 24/7 patient care
">
* Up-to-date knowledge of care legislation and regulations, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £62,500 per annum, based on 37 hours per week, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities, a supportive work environment, and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
