We are looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our busy kitchen manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be hardworking and reliable, a team player with a positive attitude and a sense of humour. You must be able to use your initiative and be pro-active, with the ability to work under pressure. You must be friendly, courteous and professional with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
Duties include:
Answering and making telephone calls and emails; booking in jobs using our online system; processing sales orders, quotes and despatch notes; processing purchase orders; general office tasks.
Experience in the kitchen manufacturing or sales industry would be beneficial but product knowledge training will be provided.
