To manage and maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS) at CASOne and Kiltimagh, including the implementation, management, and maintenance of the WMS system in other CMS locations and subsidiary businesses. This role will lead the implementation of WMS improvements in line with business requirements, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation from testing to full deployment. The role will also support the development of the system to meet new business requirements and assist in analysis, development, and testing in all areas of WMS technology. You will support the use of appropriate processes, methods, and standards to ensure alignment with the company’s SAP system.

Role Responsibilities
* Utilise specialist knowledge of the company WMS and be the key contact for day-to-day system maintenance, SAP alignment, and troubleshooting.
* Provide BAU first-line operational support to the Operations teams across all CMS locations and subsidiaries for all day-to-day and advanced WMS-related site requests.
* Lead the implementation, management, and maintenance of the WMS system in other CMS locations and subsidiary businesses.
* Conduct routine WMS maintenance.
* Work closely with the WMS provider to develop methods that reduce the cost of external consultation for future maintenance and system developments.
* Lead in the overall implementation, execution, control, completion, and financial reporting of specific projects, ensuring consistency with project management objectives, company strategy, commitments, and goals.
* Support the creation of project plans and communicate them to key leadership stakeholders.
* Work towards process standardisation, acting as the business gatekeeper for change requests and customisations.
* Support business continuity (knowledge, backup, SIT and UAT testing, system updates, and communications, etc.).
* Undertake system testing and manage SIT and UAT to achieve an agreed end product.
* Support the fit-gap analysis between the WMS solution and the existing company operational landscape.
* Promote the full realisation of WMS benefits to drive productivity across all sites.
* Support the process of turning agreed requirements into WMS and integration configuration, including physically configuring and loading static and dynamic data to create test and live instances.
* Manage and undertake training and operational preparation, followed by a cut-over to the live solution.
* Actively support the Operations teams during Go-live and transition support before handing over to the management team.

Skills & Personal Attributes
* Strong planning and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects through to completion and manage competing priorities.
* Understanding of Inbound, Outbound, and Reverse Logistics is essential.
* Understanding of warehouse operations (goods receiving, pick, pack & despatch).
* Previous experience with programming languages commonly used within modern warehouse management systems is highly desirable.
* Strong IT systems knowledge, including Microsoft Office, WMS, and SAP systems.
* Passion and interest in warehouse management systems and operations.
* Strong analytical skills, capable of analysing and manipulating data to provide meaningful information.
* Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluency in English required), with the ability to form, develop, and maintain positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
