Location: Sheffield. Monthly and/or bi-monthly trips may be required to the DMP Chester office. On-site meetings with clients may be required.
Working Set up: Full-Time. Hybrid Working. This role offers hybrid working with a minimum requirement of three days in-office during probation or depending on business requirements. After successful probation, office days will be subject to agreement.
Annual Salary: £27,000 + Benefits (Outlined below) & Fantastic Progression Plan.

Key Responsibilities:
SEO Content Creation:
* Write high-quality, SEO-optimised content for a diverse range of clients, adhering to our content process from research and ideation to final delivery.
* Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to ensure content is strategically aligned with client objectives.
* Champions collaboration with the SEO division and other departments to create a cohesive digital marketing strategy, recognising the synergy between content and SEO.
* Stay up-to-date with SEO best practices and algorithm updates to continuously improve content effectiveness.
* Work with Design and SEO teams to create Case Studies for DMP website.
* Research and produce blogs regularly for the DMP Website.
Project Management:
* Utilise our project management tool to document progress, track deadlines, and communicate updates with the team.
* Ensure that all content projects are delivered on time and meet or exceed client expectations.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams, build strong relationships, and support teammates where required.
Client Interaction:
* Communicate effectively with clients, build strong relationships, and act as a trusted partner.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor content strategies accordingly.
* Engages effectively with prospective and existing clients, presenting tailored content strategies and exploring opportunities to expand content services.
Social Media Management:
* Take ownership of social media projects for clients, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
* Stay informed about the latest trends and algorithmic updates in social media marketing to provide innovative strategies and tactics.
* Develop a Social Media plan for DMP to increase brand visibility and awareness. Actively encourage team to post.
Reporting:
* Prepare comprehensive social media reports that align with client priorities and objectives.
* Analyse data, draw insights and make data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvements.
Qualifications:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (UK), although content is created for US-based clients, so flexibility is key.
* Proven experience in content writing, with a strong understanding of SEO principles.
* Proficiency in using project management tools like Monday.com.
* Comfortable and confident in client-facing roles, with the ability to build rapport and manage expectations.
* Demonstrate expertise in social media management, including familiarity with various platforms and trends.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* High attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines consistently.
* Ideally, a minimum of 5 years writing experience or similar.
