The role
We are seeking an entry-level Sales Support Administrator. This position serves as the cornerstone for building foundational knowledge of our service portfolio, systems, and processes creating a pathway for advancement into the Sales Development Representative (SDR) role.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will directly interact with our clients and support the Sales Team in achieving their targets and managing daily tasks. This busy and demanding role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You will collaborate with the Marketing Team to seize every opportunity to reach new clients.

Skill set required
Ideal candidates will have and be able to demonstrate the following:
* Customer Service Excellence: Proven ability to deliver outstanding service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively and professionally
* Account Management Experience: Previous experience managing customer accounts, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions
* IT (information technology) Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM (customer relationship management) software e.g. NetSuite, managing databases, and creating reports using Excel or similar tools
* Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact effectively with both customers and internal teams
* Attention to Detail: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain accuracy
* Problem-Solving: Capable of assessing and addressing unexpected situations quickly and effectively
* Team Player: Works well within a team and across departments, building strong relationships with colleagues at all levels
* Sales and Financial Acumen: Ability to understand sales data, financial reports, and track progress against targets
* Professionalism and Discretion: Well-presented with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
* Travel Flexibility: Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required
