We are looking for a Customer Sales Advisor to join our sector-leading travel and leisure business to work alongside our friendly team in our Chesterfield office.

Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Selling holidays for two major travel brands – Caledonian Travel and UKBreakaways - you will have drive and passion to hit and exceed sales targets, plus the dedication to deliver the very best in customer service.
2. Selling holidays and holiday insurance ‘face to face’ and over the telephone.
3. Processing holiday bookings through a bespoke reservations system.
4. Processing brochure requests and holiday confirmations.
5. Answering customer queries over the telephone and via email.
6. Keeping up to date with the latest holiday products on sale and ensuring that your shop window reflects this to maximise sales potential and showcase our brands.
7. Speaking with customers in the shop about their holiday experience and feeding this back to colleagues in other departments.
8. Looking after our customers as they set off on holiday from their joining point.
About you:
1. Previous telesales and/or customer-facing experience.
2. Computer literate with accuracy and attention to detail.
3. A good communicator, able to engage with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
4. Enjoys and works well in a team environment.
