We need experienced Contact Centre Agents to become integral members of the Outbound Sales Team. The role is to call existing customers and convert these calls into Sales using effective listening and questioning from a portfolio of deals.
Training: First 2 weeks training: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30
Ongoing Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday - 09:30-18:30 / Friday - 09:30-15:30
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling outgoing calls to customers
2. Exploring Customer needs and offering products from portfolio
3. Effectively questioning to highlight upselling opportunities
4. Achieving and exceeding the range of sales
Required Skills / Experience:
1. Have previous Sales experience working within a target driven environment
2. Excellent communication and people skills
3. Attention to detail
4. Ability to use multiple systems
5. Able to learn new skills
6. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
