About the Position
The Sales Manager will hold the overall responsibility for managing sales within the region, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. While the role is in High Wycombe, flexible work from home can be discussed at the interview.
Responsibilities
1. Business Growth and Development
* Implement strategies to explore business opportunities in the region with dental practices.
* Leverage dental industry contacts to generate leads and establish relationships with potential dental practice partners and corporate practice groups.
* Assist the sales team to increase market share and work with the marketing team to reach a wider audience in dentistry.
2. Partner Relationship Management
* Build on our existing long-lasting relationship with our dental partners.
* Be proactive with regular check-ins to understand dental customer’s feedback.
* Deepen collaboration in the dental industry and be willing to think outside the box.
3. Market Insights and Strategy
* Be updated with dental industry trends, competitor activities, and dental market needs.
* Provide regular actionable feedback to the leadership team on dental market conditions and opportunities for growth.
* Collaborate with the wider team to align business development initiatives with company objectives.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing or dentistry.
* Extensive experience in driving sales, business development and demonstrable ability to drive successful dental sales strategies.
* Customers are at the heart of everything we do, and prior dental customer service experience is a necessity.
* Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies with a strong background/experience in dentistry is important.
* Excellent communication and confident negotiation skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of the dental industry and dental products is a must.
* Established network of contacts within the dental field, including clinics, and industry professionals is beneficial.
* Also, the role would involve visiting dental practices and need good telephonic skills.
We offer a competitive remuneration of £30,000-£60,000 depending on experience, with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses and more importantly myriads of opportunities to grow with us.
