Duties
1. Answering the phone and responding to emails.
2. Dealing with customers enquiries.
3. Booking in appointments with customers.
4. Processing orders.
5. Quoting.
6. Invoicing.
7. Filing.
8. Experience in an office environment.
9. GCSE Maths and English.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and able to produce documents in a presentable format.
11. Good organisational and time management skills and an ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
12. Excellent communications skills both verbal and written and demonstrate the ability to speak fluent English at a level appropriate to be able to carry out the duties of the post.
13. A team player with a willingness to help others.
14. Keen attention to detail, problem-solving and an ability to maintain confidentiality.
15. Be able to understand the company's safeguarding and health and safety policies and to apply them in practice.
16. The ability to commute daily to Cranfield in Bedfordshire.
17. Experience with invoicing, budget tracking, and financial reporting.
18. GCSE IT.
19. Knowledge of the access control industry.
