Your Role As Training and Development Manager, you will: Design and implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance. Conduct hands-on coaching sessions, webinars, and CPD activities to support brokers. Oversee preparation for CII exams, ensuring high pass rates and professional growth. Collaborate with Business Development Managers from insurance providers to deliver product training. Monitor training effectiveness, adjust strategies, and report outcomes to senior management. Stay up-to-date with FCA regulations, ensuring all training aligns with compliance standards. Requirements What We’re Looking For Proven experience in training and development, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector. Strong leadership and coaching abilities to inspire and mentor teams. Excellent communication skills and proficiency with training tools and performance tracking systems. In-depth knowledge of FCA regulations, CPD requirements, and life insurance products. A commitment to professional development and maintaining industry-leading standards.
