This is a SEN Teaching Assistant position based in a specialist provision school in High Wycombe, supporting Autistic Children who require low support and have well to high cognitive abilities. A large part of the role is Restorative.

This school offers a restorative, therapeutic approach to education and behaviour management. They want their children engaged in key and personal skills, giving the children skills they can use in and out of school.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be working in classes of 3-6 pupils with a staff to student ratio of 1:1.
