Location: Leicester
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday between 8am and 6pm; further shift work from 6am – 8pm and weekends will be available.
Yu Smart is a Metering Equipment Manager within the Energy Sector delivering smart meter and EV charge-point installation services. Yu Smart is looking for an Intraday Team Leader to join our innovative business supporting the installation of Smart Meters, executing Warrant & RPU Field activity. What We Need from Yü
* Lead a team supporting field team members undertaking smart meter, warrants and RPU visits.
* Understanding of SMETS2 and the metering industry.
* Work closely with energy suppliers and build rapport with a range of people.
* Manage day-to-day operations of the field operatives working on warrants including delivery of supplier expectations and job outcomes.
* Use various data interrogation techniques to identify instances of energy theft.
* Strong customer service experience, with an ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
* A positive, can-do attitude.
* Great interpersonal skills that empower customer relations.
* Drive best practice and proactive change for the better.
* Team spirit to assist colleagues and promote the company brand.
* Ability to record information with a high degree of accuracy.
* Able to work with multiple requests simultaneously and complete each task accurately and efficiently.

Relevant Qualifications / Experience:

* Experience in the Utilities industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
