Morgan Hunt are currently working with a regulatory body in search of a temporary Recruitment Admin based in Birmingham to play a key role in assisting the Recruitment Team with onboarding and talent attraction.
This is a Temporary position for 4 months paying £ Umbrella a day.
The role is offered on hybrid basis, working from the Birmingham office once a week.
The temporary Recruitment Admin will be responsible for:
1. Using ATS System to submit applications for hiring manager sift (shortlisting)
2. Processing sift (shortlisting) scores on the applicant tracking software
3. Scheduling interviews using the ATS, Outlook and MS Teams
4. Responding to queries from the email inboxes
5. Scheduling meetings (i.e., booking and setting up rooms)
6. Supporting with pre-onboarding tasks (requesting references and DBS checks for example).
7. Help maintain accurate records and maintain electronic filing system.
8. Processing purchase orders and invoices for the team
The temporary Recruitment Admin will need to have:
9. Previous experience working in a recruitment or onboarding administration role
10. Experience of using cloud-based systems and processes
11. Office (mainly Outlook, MS Teams, Word and Excel)
12. Using HR and ATS systems
13. Live in or near Birmingham
