Job summary This is an exciting opportunity to join the Leadership team in Neurosurgery. Ward 43 / NECU is a Neurosurgical ward that cares for patients and their relatives whilst going through a form of spinal or brain injury. It is made up of 34 ward beds and 12 Enhanced care beds. Main duties of the job Ward 43 Clinical Sisters / Charge Nurse are responsible for continually aiming for high standards of care and supporting the management team. An understanding of the operational demands and clinical pressures are essential whilst maintaining quality of care and patient safety. Neurosurgical experience is not essential.
