Role - Customer Service Advisor

Duration: 6 months initially
NOTE: - Once training is complete 2 days WFH, 3 days in the office
The first 2 weeks of the role will be office-based Monday-Friday to complete the mandatory 2-week training. After which, we can then discuss hybrid-working when a new start is comfortable and competent with tasks and responsibilities.
Your Role:
* Proven customer service experience
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and oral) letter/email writing including accurate English grammar
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively while maintaining strong Attention to Detail
* To be computer literate with various packages such as Word, Excel, and Cofico/SAP
* Comfortable working with targets
* Patience and ability to manage stress
* Problem-solving skills
* Experience within a Contact Centre environment, desired but not essential.
* Ability to work under pressure, whilst always maintaining a professional image.
* Ability to Work Without Supervision
* Excellent Time Management Skills
* Able and willing to take ownership of problems and resolve them to a satisfactory conclusion within predetermined time frames
* Self-motivated with the ability to work within a pressurised environment whilst maintaining focus on personal, departmental and company objectives.
* Relevant experience in an administration role
