HR Advisor 37 hours per week
Our not-for-profit organisation are looking for a compassionate, professional, and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team as a HR advisor.
Duties include managing the sponsorship recruitment including accommodation, overseeing the recruitment system for the company as a whole, monitor HR KPIS, managing employee contracts, assisting with minute taking in HR meetings and general admin to support the HR manager.
Full details including the person specification are included in the job description. Experience of working in a care setting would be beneficial but not essential as we will help you develop the skills you need. Experience in a similar HR role is desirable.
