This is an office based role and will require a high level of accuracy as you will be looking after bookings, inventory control, customers and supporting warehouse management with claims. The Role: Dealing with customer queries Ensuring accurate and efficient inventory control, dispatch and goods in processes Supporting the Warehouse Management Team in the investigation of claims Carrying out initial investigations to establish how receipt/dispatch errors occur and supports with preventative measures where possible. Monthly and Annual stock takes.
