Anderson Knight are working with a client to recruit a HR Assistant, in this role you will play a key role in supporting HR functions, including recruitment assistance, employee relations paperwork, onboarding administration, and support with ongoing project work. Key Responsibilities Assist with the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases Support payroll and benefits administration Coordinate training and development programs Assist with employee relations matters and HR policies Provide administrative support to the HR team What We’re Looking For Previous experience in an HR support role (ideally 1-2 years) Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it) is desirable
