Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Onboarding Account Manager to join their team. This role is focused on implementing eCommerce and mail products, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for clients across the UK. Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, you will collaborate closely with technical specialists to develop tailored solutions that meet each clients unique requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, including WMS integrations, API interfaces, and CSV uploads
Understand client processes to determine optimal integration points
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and support stakeholders
Manage client onboarding, including system training and solution development
Provide on-site or remote support for label carrier production during initial collections
Assist with hardware installation, such as label printers, at client locations
Serve as the main contact for newly onboarded clients during the first two weeks of integration
Identify and suggest software improvements to enhance productivity and client experience
Work closely with Business Development Managers to resolve onboarding issues
Deliver regular progress reports on onboarding to internal teams.
Experience and Skills Required:
Strong IT experience, including exposure to APIs (JSON, XML) and a solid understanding of WMS, including dimensions and weights
Proven ability to build strong customer relationships
Commercial awareness with the ability to prioritise client needs effectively
Good understanding of the eCommerce market
Experience with WMS/connectors such as Linnworks and Despatch Cloud
Preferable knowledge of bulk systems (e.g., BBS, Cygnus, Matchit) and familiarity with Mail Mark and wholesale industry practices

Willingness to travel across the UK as required by the role.
