* Build and scale a high-performing team of consultants and domain experts.
* Develop frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for technology consulting.

Business Development:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the practice.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to position the practice in the market.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MSc) preferred.
* 20+ years of experience in technology consulting.
* Proven track record of leading global teams and managing multi-million-dollar engagements.
* Deep expertise in technology domains, including cloud computing, data canters and emerging technologies.
* Strong business acumen and ability to align technology solutions with organizational goals.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Experience in a leadership role within a consulting firm is highly desirable.
