The Role
Quality & Compliance Manager
Salary: Circa £30,000 (dependant on experience and hours)
Full Time position, Permanent Contract. 4 full days can be considered as a minimum Part Time, subject to pro-rata reduction in salary.
Location: Dundee (office move expected 12-18 months, A90 corridor no further north than Forfar).
Hours: Mon - Fri, 9-5, option of 35 hr or 37.5 hr week, office based.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Forfar Agency, which serves its core area of Angus & Dundee.
About the role:
This crucial new role will take on duties from the Agents and other team members, enabling them to maximize time spent serving existing and prospective customers while ensuring the agency exceeds its regulatory obligations and maintains high quality standards.
This includes assessments of customer phone calls, preparation for audits and monthly compliance returns, as well as management of our accounts system, which will involve client contact to resolve issues.

About you:
* Experience of working in a busy, team environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Previous coaching and development experience.
* Systematic and organized with attention to detail.
* Polite professional manner, confident on the phone and with IT.
* Numerate, articulate, both verbally and in writing, with good spelling and grammar.
* A passion for process improvement.
* Experience of working in a regulated environment is desirable.
* You should be able to demonstrate the above in your previous employment, but this need not have been within insurance.
