Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Controller to be a part of the recovery operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking and distributing jobs to the recovery technicians. This role requires a confident and organised person as the Controller will play a crucial role in guiding other staff members.
Duties
* Answering phone calls and taking job details.
* Using an IT system (APEX) to distribute jobs to drivers.
* Communicating with customers and drivers.
* Pricing jobs and uploading costs relevant to rate sheets.
Experience
* Experience is not a must; however, it will be beneficial.
* Must have experience working in an office and answering calls.
* Must have experience using a computer.
* Must have basic knowledge of HGVs.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Must have a clear background check.
Training
Training will be provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
