Office Administrator Night Shift We are seeking a proactive Office Administrator to work with a leading facilities organisation. The ideal candidate possess strong organisational skills as the role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, clerical duties, and managing communications. This is a Night Shift position. Open to Hybrid working. Diuties Assisting our Desktop Manager in issuing works to engineers PDAs, monitoring works issued out and resolving issues of a nighttime. Inputting engineers hours live as our ops sign on and off jobs. General ad hoc tasks where the DMT requires assistance. Using client systems to update job progress and understanding the job journey process to reduce work for the day admin team. Skills & Experience. Strong organisational skills.
