Job Description
As our next Reception Supervisor, you will:
* Lead and supervise the daily operations of the department, ensuring service standards are consistently met with a warm and engaging approach.
* Ensure guests have positive experiences by providing attentive and helpful service.
* Keep employees informed daily about key priorities to help deliver personalised service.
* Guide and support the Reception team, helping them reach their potential and meet departmental goals.
* Address guest concerns promptly, tracking issues and notifying the appropriate areas to ensure memorable experiences for our guests.
* Build strong working relationships and communicate clearly with all departments.
Qualifications
What Are We Looking For?
* Supervisory or team leader experience in the hospitality industry.
* Familiarity with Opera Cloud or similar systems is a plus.
* The ability to work independently and manage shifts with confidence.
* Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a passion for hospitality.
* Flexible with work hours and adaptable to changing needs.
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus).

To help you navigate your role, and support your success you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people.
By joining us as a Receptionist, you will become part of a friendly team of 40 talents.
To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.
Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
