Working as the Production Team Leader you will efficiently oversee the production in oil/spices, working with the Production Manager to meet the requirements of the production plan whilst monitoring health and safety, food safety standards and quality. As the Production Team Leader you will have indirect reports such as line technicians, skilled operatives and basic operators and will be their point of contact for troubleshooting support and escalating issues.
