You will be working as part of an established and highly experienced IT support team, working in modern offices on the outskirts of Thirsk, and providing support to teams based both on site and remote. Our client is recognised across the globe for being involved in the development of high profile, innovative projects, and have built a reputation for excellence throughout their journey so far. As their IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective IT support service to users across the group, whilst working from and managing the internal ticketing helpdesk system. You will have excellent time management skills and be able to work to service level agreements (SLA), and also have the ability to follow detailed processes in line with company policies and requirements. Ideally, you will have one or more years’ experience of working within an IT support function and have knowledge of Windows and/or Office365 environments.
