You thrive in a dynamic environment, where you can influence change, support teams, and drive high-quality service delivery. To be successful in this role, you'll need: A Registered Nurse qualification with a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) qualification. At least three years experience working in a community health setting with CYP, and families. Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate/develop teams to achieve the best outcomes. A strong background in safeguarding and child protection, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with relevant legislation. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, to engage with partner agencies and multidisciplinary teams. A proactive, values led & solution-focused mindset, with the ability to lead on service improvements and adapt to changing needs. Experience using data analysis to inform strategic decision-making and drive meaningful change. The ability to travel across Tower Hamlets to provide leadership and support across service locations. A management or leadership qualification, along with experience in project leadership & service user engagement, would be an advantage but is not essential.
