To create identities and branding for virtual & live events and environmental for both pitch and live event projects. Key Accountabilities Working with the Head of Creative and Creative Directors to interrogate and interpret client briefs, developing creative ideas and concepts with supporting visual assets (mood boards, identities, visuals) as appropriate in answer to the brief. Develop identities and apply brands in thoughtful and beautiful ways. Work with the team to represent client strategic objectives. Work with the Scenic and Production team alongside Print Managers and external print suppliers to design within budget. Create assets for our digital platforms and internal D-Lab team. Comprehend and adhere to key pitch and project milestones. Work across multiple projects, on occasion leading other creatives, liaising with other departments and clients as necessary. Mentoring and skill sharing with other graphic designers as the team grows. To be aware of, and stay in touch with industry trends. All other duties appropriate to the role Skills & Experience A proven track record for delivering creative for top level digital and live events and environments, with a strong portfolio to support your application. A clear understanding of client strategic and brand objectives. Experience of digital design, being able to apply beautiful graphic design to digital output. Relevant creative agency experience within similar integrated agencies. Experience working within Creative teams – previous client facing experience is an advantage. Strong understanding of graphic design in event and environment spaces, interpreting existing brands, developing identities and budget expectations. Strong Adobe CC Suite, Keynote & Keynote Live, Google Drive and G-Suites skills Knowledge of Adobe XD desirable. Embrace and champion Smyle’s behaviours.
